Eric Wilson and Bud Gaugh of Sublime have settled an ongoing lawsuit with the family of Bradley Nowell, regarding the use of the name “Sublime.” The band will tour under the name, “Sublime With Rome.” Rome Ramirez will be singing alongside the two original members.

Sublime w/ Brad was amazing! Soo lame of them to try and re-create the awesomeness of Sublime with some new lamo on the mic. The new singer Rome sounds nothing like Brad did and has no real mic presence. The instrumentals are great… but to play the same songs and even go with the original band name in the new name is LAME. They totally discredit the awesomeness of the original band by signing the same songs and using Sublime in their new band name.
